Our History
RMSI is a Vietnam veteran owned, privately held Minnesota corporation, incorporated on January 19, 1996.

Electronic Technology Group, Inc. (ETG) was incorporated in 1992 as a manufacturer of consumer and industrial computers. Although ETG manufactured a technologically and aesthetically superior line of industrial computers, its main thrust was into the development of the consumer market for its desktop solutions.

Grason Industries acquired ETG on April 29, 1994 in exchange for 2 million shares of common stock, a transaction in which ETG became a wholly owned subsidiary of Grason Industries. As part of this transaction Grason shareholders approved the change of Grason’s name to ETG International, Inc. ETG was the only wholly owned subsidiary of ETG International.

Rackmaster Systems, Inc. (RMSI) was incorporated on January 19, 1996 as a private “C” corporation and on March 6th of that year purchased the assets of Electronic Technology Group, Inc. (ETG).
